Hello to anyone who loves business (and the rest of you too!)  My name is Allan Webb.  I am  a management consultant with 30 years experience in rescuing failing companies and optimizing those that under-perform.  I have worked all over the USA, South America and Europe. My experience is primarily with small-to-medium sized companies (under $60 million,) and I have worked with entrepreneurs in startups as well.  I am currently President and CEO of Tecoris Management Group.

The purpose of this blog is to give hope, inspiration and knowledge to business professionals everywhere.  Everyone out there will tell you what you should do to realize success in your business, but I try to illustrate those points with real-world examples, so you can really grasp the concept.

I am still an active (better make that semi-active) management consultant and enjoy making businesses grow.  There’s something magical about taking something that isn’t working very well and making it hum.  I just can’t get enough.

I currently live in the heart of the greater Yellowstone eco-system. When I’m not stuck in front of the computer, you’ll find me on the Henry’s Fork fishing, hiking the Yellowstone back-country, racing across the snow at mach 5 on my snowmobile and pursuing my passion for photography.
