 01  What type of companies do you work with?

We've worked with companies in about every industry you can imagine, including manufacturing food service, hospitality, health and fitness, beauty products and services, retail, wholesale, service, agriculture, high-tech, and medical.  While each of those industries has its own unique challenges and opportunities, the principles involved in making money, developing leaders, and helping executives develop the ability to zoom in and zoom out at will are remarkably similar.

 

 

 

 02  How long do you usually work with someone?

Obviously that depends on several factors, including the current situation in the company, the complexity of the problems they face, the experience level of the executive team, among others.  Typically we'll spend a few days to develop the plan and then a day or two a month for a few months to get things going.  The expectation is that executives will quickly grasp what needs to be done and continue on their own.  Of course we're available as much or as little as you need us.

 

 

 

 03  How do you price your services?

We have almost as many different billing arrangements as we do clients.  We have worked on a project basis, plus expenses.  We have worked on a percentage of improvements we bring.  We have worked for stock in the compnay in lieu of cash payment.  However we most commonly work on a daily rate plus expenses.  Rate vary based on the complexity and length of the project and the time commitment.
